A case of glyphosate poisoning

Glyphosate is a commercially available herbicide which also acts as human toxin. It produces wide range of clinical manifestations ranging from throat irritation, GI tract erosion and bleeding, surfactant elated liver kidney injury, metabolic acidosis even death. We are reporting case 36 year old female who consumed around 400ml the pesticide presented to our tertiary care hospitals after 12 hours ingestion, in state renal shutdown, Severe hyperkalemia shock. started on hemoperfusion CRRT apart initial resuscitation. She was successfully treated discharged home. This report emphasise use toxin removing cartridge for sever glyphosate poisoning there no known antidote this mechanism toxicity still not well-established?
